Rosa Walsh
Representative of Essential Jiu Jitsu, New York
Rosa is a high-level competitor from Ireland. Training out of Pedigo Submission Fighting, she is one of the most exciting grapplers in Europe, with many achievements including ADCC Open, Pan Ams, placing at Europeans, AJP Tour, and various other competitions.
Silvia Scomparin
Co-Owner of Jungle BJJ Dublin
While working full-time in finance and asset management, Silvia is also an active BJJ athlete and a Black belt. She won the gold medal at the 2020 IBJJF European Championship in the Female Purple Belt Master 1 category. Additionally, she co-owns Jungle BJJ Dublin. After suffering a complete ACL tear and undergoing surgery followed by almost a year of rehabilitation, Silvia decided to elevate her strength and conditioning to better prepare for intense training and competition. This led her to Suples Training Systems, and she is dedicated to sharing its benefits with others seeking to enhance their physical fitness and well-being.
Vanessa English
Jiu Jitsu Competitor & Instructor
Professor Vanessa English is a BJJ black belt under Victor Estima and representative of the Gracie Barra – Nottingham (UK) academy. In the colored belts she is a multiple times European champion, in both Gi and No-Gi, and is the first British-born Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor to win the IBJJF World Championships. Vanessa would later cement her status as one of the sport’s top featherweight athletes, by medaling at the 2018 World Championship and winning the 2018 European Open, both at Black Belt.
