Our main mission is to empower people to experience the best camps while assisting camp organizers in expanding their participant base. In order for your camp to be featured on our platform, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Upon receiving your submission, we will prepare your unique page for review. The camp page will only be made public after the organizers approval and confirmation of its accuracy.

Camp Organizer Responsibilities

• The Camp Organizer shall provide only accurate, full, and true information necessary for consumers, especially information about the packages and the number of reservations available. The Camp Organizer shall inform us 7 days in advance if there is any price or detail change so that we may update the relevant information on the Website accordingly. In the event that the reservations are fully booked or purchased, the Camp Organizer shall inform us immediately by contacting us via available forms of communication. In the event that the organizer doesn't update us for a price change and booking occurs the organizer must accept the price listed initially.
• The Camp Organizer is obliged to respond to us promptly (up to 48 hours) if any additional questions occur. 
• The Camp Organizer may not indicate a lower price on different websites or platforms for the same Camp. If the Camp Organizer offers lower prices elsewhere, we may choose to terminate the agreement with the Camp Organizer and unlist it immediately.
• The Camp Organizer shall clearly show rates, fees, prices, availability, policies, terms, conditions, and other relevant information, especially their refund and cancelation policy.
• In case the Camp Organizer violates any provisions of the Terms, we may remove Camp Organizer’s Camps and immediately terminate this agreement with the Camp Organizer.
• A Camp may be removed if we consider that the Camp Organizer is operating unscrupulously or in a manner that could potentially bring harm to our business.

BJJ Camp Finder Responsibilities

• BJJ Camp Finder will provide all the participants’ data (who enroll through the Platform) that is required by the Camp Organizer in order to organize the camp(s) and provide the offered service: including but not limited to names, email addresses, and any additional content the organizer requests in order to organize their event.
• BJJ Camp Finder is only a mediator between the Camp Organizer and the participant. We clearly state that the platform is not connected to the organization of any of the camps organized by the Camp Organizer.
• We do not limit the Camp Organizer’s right to use other channels or similar platforms.
• BJJ Camp Finder will be responsible for the communication with the participants acquired through the Platform until the camp starts. This will include any support, questions, onboarding (with the needed information from the organizer), a helpful newsletter with insights about the camp, and any other information the Camp Organizer wants us to provide to the participants. After that, the Camp Organizer is responsible for accommodating the participants and ensuring that the participants are receiving the promised experience.
• All reviews on the BJJ Camp Finder will be from former participants, and none will be deleted. Moderation of the existing reviews will be possible only by the person who wrote the review in the first place. The Camp Organizer may ask the participant to edit his/her statement.
• BJJ Camp Finder will work towards the main goal: acquiring new participants for the Camp Organizer, using strategies that include but are not limited to: Paid Advertising, Inbound Channels, and SEO.
• BJJ Camp Finder will advise organizers and help with suggestions on how to improve their camp!

Commissions

• For the use of the Services, the Camp Organizer shall pay a commission.
• The commission for each ticket sold (one person per ticket) is 10% or a flat fee* upon discussion.

* In certain scenarios, we can work on a flat fee; once you upload all information for your camp, we can discuss it.* 

Payments & Refunds

• BJJ Camp Finder will collect all payments from participants and transfer them to the Camp Organizer every month between the 1st and 5th of the next month. Depending on Camp Organizer's preference, the transfers will be made by bank transfer or PayPal. We will provide an invoice for the provided service.
• If a camp participant requests a refund, the Camp Organizer will transfer their payment to the Platform and the participant will be refunded according to the Platform’s refund policy*.

*Our policy will be stated clearly on our website and may differ from the Camp Organizer’s own policies.
