Sophia McDermott
Australia’s first female BJJ Black Belt
Sophia's competitive career has brought her all over the world, including Australia, the United States, Japan, Brazil, and Europe. She has a vast experience in the sport, having won several state, national, Pan-Pacific, Pacific, and Pan-American titles, as well as multiple No Gi World Champion and World Champion titles. Aside from Jiu Jitsu, Sophia is a nutrition specialist and qualified personal trainer who focuses on teaching functional strength and conditioning.
Heather Woods
ATOS Black Belt under professor Andre Galvao
Heather is an accomplished BJJ Black Belt and competitor with a distinct style that she created with her ATOS team and notable Jiu Jitsu luminaries from across the world. She is an IBJJF gold medallist as a qualified athlete whose talents and training have been evaluated at the highest levels. Heather is also an excellent instructor, and her enthusiasm for Jiu Jitsu encourages and motivates her students.
