Instructors
Ezekiel Zayas
Black Belt and Owner of Ases Jiu-Jitsu Academy
Originally from Spain, Ezekiel Zayas is regarded as one of the foremost black belts in Europe and oversees his Ases Jiu-Jitsu Academy in the stunning city of Valencia. He earned his black belt in 2010 at a seminar in the Canary Islands, under the tutelage of master Ricardo De La Riva. He now represents his team, Team Ganbaru, in major tournaments. He is also a renowned referee in the field of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Adam Wardzinski
Black Belt Under Alan Finfou
Adam Wardzinski, a Polish native, is considered one of the top black belt competitors in Europe today. He has emerged as one of its most successful grapplers. Wardzinski has also played a crucial role in the revival of the butterfly guard, a position that had not seen a high-level specialist since the days of Marcelo Garcia. Wardzinski began his BJJ journey at the age of 18 under the tutelage of Karol Matuszczak, who remained his coach from white to brown belt. While still a blue belt, Wardzinski began coaching a small group of students in Poznań, Western Poland. In October 2016, during a ceremony attended by world open weight champion Marcus "Buchecha" Almeida, Finfou promoted Wardzinski to black belt.
Santiago Franco
BJJ Black Belt And a Yoga Instructor
Santiago's yoga classes are infused with inspiration from various yoga styles such as Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Integral Yoga. His unique yoga style is a reflection of 15 years of personal practice and years of teaching and studying yoga in countries like Spain, England, and Sweden. When not conducting retreats or workshops across Europe, Santiago conducts drop-in yoga classes in Hamburg, Germany. Attending Santiago's classes will teach you the art of maintaining calmness, focus, and strength in both your mind and body.
