Women’s Self Defense and BJJ Coach
Multiple time IBJJF World Champion, MMA Veteran, co-owner and co-head instructor of Princeton Braziiian Jiu Jitsu, co-founder of Groundswell Grappling Concepts, peak performance consultant and freelance writer. One of the early pioneers of the BJJ scene in North America, being one of the first females to rise to prominence as the sport expanded around the world.
Larry Long
Self Defense and BJJ Support Coach
Larry has over ten years of experience across multiple areas, including law enforcement, corrections, security, teaching, personal training, and martial arts. He is a BJJ brown belt that teaches students ranging from young children to professionals.
Amanda Louise
Yoga and Journaling Facilitator
Amanda has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been in the martial arts mix for over 20. She is a competitive jiujitsu practitioner, registered nurse, long distance backpacker, dancer, mountain biker, scuba diver, and distance runner. Amanda has a passion for encouraging women to take risks, be loud, and live their best lives through journal manifestation. Amanda believes that you can do anything the universe has given you a passion to do.

The Venues
Two accommodation options are available for this camp: staying in one of the lodge's satellite homes or in the large glamping tent. The glamping tent will be set up in a covered area, equipped with mattresses, and attendees will have access to indoor showers and bathrooms.Agenda
