I need to cancel my camp. What are my options?
We understand that due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its health implications, you may want to change your plans. Most of our camps are hosted by different organizers and their refund and COVID policies may vary. Each camp’s refund policy is listed on the individual camp page.
If your reservation was affected by Coronavirus-related events such as border closures or travel limitations enforced by authorities but is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, we will work directly with the camp organizers and be your advocate! In most cases we have been able to find solutions for campers impacted by COVID.
Note: Outside of a camp’s normal refund period we work on a case by case basis. There may be cancellation fees and refunds may be in the form of credit.
My camp was just canceled because of COVID-19! What happens now?
We know cancellations are upsetting, even when they occur for reasons beyond the Camp Organizer’s control. Keep in mind that most camp cancellations are due to restrictions that are outside of their control, or the Organizer is acting in a way they feel is necessary to help protect the well-being of the entire community.
If your Camp Host cancels, you may be eligible for a full refund or get credit for a future camp.
What is the cancellation policy related to COVID-19?
You may be able to cancel due to circumstances related to Coronavirus. However this is dependent on several factors, including the camp policy.
- Many camps offer refunds, free date changes, or credit for future camps for cancellations related to COVID-19.
- Please sign-in and select the relevant booking to see your available options.
- If your camp does not offer COVID-19 related refunds, please contact us directly and we’ll work with the Camp Organizer and see what arrangements can be made.
Can I give my reservation to someone else?
