Known as a haven of natural beauty, Sardinia is also famous for its many white-sand beaches and unique food and wine. When you won’t be on the mat, you’ll be spending your time on the beach, drinking the finest coffee, and eating the most delicious Italian Gelato. In the evening you will have a chance to experience a real Sardinian experience with a lot of fun and party with your new friends. This all comes as part of your registration package!
How to reach Cagliari, Sardinia?
The closest airport to the venue of the camp is Cagliari Elmas Airport. There are plenty of connections and low-cost companies like Ryan Air, Wizz Air and Easy jet. For people who are traveling from the United States connections through Rome, Milano, London is great options. You contact us and we can assist you.
From the airport to the hotel you can come by train(1.30€), taxi(25€) or shuttle bus provided by the organizer (5€). If you would like assistance with arranging transport from the airport to the Hotel, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Born and bred in London, Roya Jane’s introduction to the sacred arts started at five years of age when she began Shaolin Kung Fu. At sixteen she started to explore Qi Gong with Kung Fu and at nineteen was delighted when she stumbled across something called ‘Yoga’. It was love. And ten years later, by this time living in Italy, she decided to dive deeper into the world of Yoga and become a teacher.
Roya Jane has not forgotten her roots in martial arts and practices Wing Tsun Kung Fu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She favors a gentle approach to her classes, whilst throwing in both mental and physical challenges which work their way to a sweet savasana. Classes are taught in both English and Italian.
My name is Marcel Clementi and I am traveling the world teaching Yoga. In my classes, I focus on a healthy and happy way of living. Breath awareness, mindfulness, and different asanas will help you to build strength & flexibility – on and off the mat.
I am born and raised in the beautiful city of Innsbruck, Austria. A happy and healthy lifestyle has always been very important for me so I turned my passion into my profession. I did a 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training and a 300h Multi-style Teacher Training (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin) in India.
Joseph Thomas (Joey)
Joey’s yoga journey began ten years ago whilst undergoing dance training at the prestigious Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, UK. During this intense training regime yoga became a place of sanctuary for him. It became a place to reprogram the mind and its limiting behaviors and patterns and change the overall relationship to self. He is also a practicing masseuse and the UK Male Yoga Asana Champion 2017!
Callum Jones (Cal)
Cal’s career began as a dancer and dance teacher back in 2014. From the early days, his career led him to contracts performing and teaching all around the UK and Europe. He began teaching yoga to tourists and locals whilst working as a dancer in Cyprus. Having practiced yoga from the age of 10 and he instantly fell in love with it.
Born wild and free in Sardinia, class of ’88. Federica is a yoga and pilates teacher in Cagliari. Having studied Human Rights and International Sciences between Rome and Turin, she created the foundations for her holistic and yogic thinking. During these studies, she was inspired to take up a regular yoga and pilates practice.
You can choose a different accommodation package depending on your needs and budget. The accommodation includes 5 nights from April 28th until May 3rd (checkout in the morning). The organizer can assist with extra nights if needed. The organizer will not let people on the mats before the official registration.
The accommodation is in 3-4-5-6 bedrooms, spacious, with their own bathroom and shower. The package includes Accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Seminars, Excursions.
The room has 2 beds and you can share it with a friend or with another person if you are coming by yourself. The package includes Accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Seminars, Excursions.
All accommodations will be in the heart of the beautiful city of Cagliari so you can enjoy a great time.
You prefer to find your own accommodation, no problem you can choose this package. The package includes YOGA only.
- What happens if I pay and I can’t attend the camp, will I be refunded?
The payment processing fee is non-refundable. If you let us know that you can’t attend the camp before the 28th of March, we will refund you, however we keep 50 euros from the payment because of administration costs.

- What language will the classes be in?
All classes will be in English.
- Is there an option for Vegetarian/ Vegan Food?
Yes there is, just let us know when you sign up for the camp and we will have it noted.
- I only train with/without Gi, will there be enough training for me?
Yes! We will have seminars with and without Gi. In addition we will have wrestling seminar.
- Can I bring my wife/husband who doesn’t train?
Yes of course! We cave special packages for couples. Contact us and we will let you know what will the cost for your partner be.
