Head Coach at Zr Team Greece Katerini

Fotis Tsaknakis is a renowned BJJ martial artist and coach. He is a Black belt in BJJ and heads the Zr Team Greece in Katerini. Tsaknakis is widely recognized for his skills and achievements. He has significant success as a competitor as well, with multiple medals from major international BJJ tournaments such as the IBJJF Rome and Berlin Open and the AJP Open. Fotis is also a multiple time Greek National Champion in both Gi and NoGI. Tsaknakis' expertise and success in both coaching and competition demonstrate his dedication and passion for the sport of BJJ. He is highly regarded in the BJJ community and continues to make a positive impact on the sport.

Dimitris Margaritopoulos

Head Coach and Competitor at Brotherhood Grappling Project

Dimitris Margaritopoulos is a highly accomplished martial artist, who is recognized for his skills in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He holds the rank of Black Belt and is the Head Coach at Brotherhood Grappling Project, where he trains and mentors aspiring BJJ practitioners. Margaritopoulos is also an accomplished competitor, having achieved 3rd place in the Black Belt Adult IBJJF European NoGI Championships 2023. This is a major achievement and highlights his proficiency in the sport. In addition to this, he is a multiple-time Greek national champion in both Gi and NoGI, further demonstrating his dominance in BJJ competition.

Nikolas Polydoros

Head Coach and Competitor at Primal Art Academy

Nikolas Polydoros is a highly respected Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the Head Coach at Primal Art Academy / Zr Team Greece Athens. He is known for his expertise in the sport and his ability to help others achieve their goals in BJJ. Polydoros has had great success in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions, having earned both first and third place in the Absolute Black Belt M1 IBJJF European NoGI Championships 2023. This outstanding achievement showcases his exceptional skills and mastery in BJJ. He has also been a multiple-time Greek national champion in both Gi and NoGI, demonstrating his dominance in BJJ competition.

Vaggelis Hormovas

Black Belt In BJJ & Coach at Maverick Jiu Jitsu

Vaggelis Hormovas is a highly skilled and accomplished practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is a Black Belt with many distinctions in Greece and abroad. Having won the BJJ and Newaza Jiu Jitsu Greek Nationals nine times, he also achieved third place at the JJIF World Championship in 2018. As a member of the Brotherhood Grappling Project (BGP), Hormovas is part of a worldwide network of BJJ schools that emphasizes the development of both physical and mental skills through the practice of BJJ. In addition to this Hormovas is also a coach at Maverick Jiu Jitsu.

Hermes Pantazidis

Brown Belt Competitor at Prana Jiu Jitsu Stockholm

Hermes Pantazidis is a skilled and accomplished competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, training at Prana Jiu Jitsu Stockholm. Holding the rank of Brown Belt, he has earned a reputation in the BJJ community due to his noteworthy achievements.Pantazidis is a multiple-time medalist in the Swedish national championships. He has also earned medals in Nordic championships, further demonstrating his abilities in the sport. In addition, he is a Greek national champion and has received medals in IBJJF OPEN competitions, which are some of the most prestigious BJJ tournaments in the world.

Thomas Kartas

Coach And Competitor At Zr Team Greece Katerini

Thomas Kartas is a talented Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach and competitor who trains and competes at Zr Team Greece Katerini. He holds the rank of Brown Belt and has made a name for himself in the BJJ community. Kartas has achieved great success in competition, including a 3rd place finish in the Brown Belt Adult IBJJF European NoGI Championships 2023. This is a remarkable accomplishment and reflects his skill and mastery of BJJ.
