Competing for the renowned Alliance Team, Bodoni has established himself as one of the sport's elite athletes. His standout performances as a brown belt at the IBJJF World Championships and Pan American Championships marked the beginning of his rise to prominence. Since earning his black belt, Bodoni has continued to build on his success, further cementing his reputation within the jiu-jitsu community.

Eduardo Azevedo

Eduardo Azevedo, hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Ricardo Vieira. Since 2002, he has traversed Europe, spreading the art of BJJ throughout the continent, with a particular focus on London, England. His journey in martial arts commenced at a tender age, beginning with Karate for seven years before transitioning to Tae Kwon Do, a pursuit he dedicated five years to. Eduardo Azevedo has dedicated himself to fortifying Checkmat's presence in the United Kingdom, conducting classes and seminars across the nation. Among his notable achievements are clinching the British Open No-Gi Gold Medal in 2009, securing the Silver Medal in the BJJ Pro Cup in 2011, and attaining European Bronze Medals in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, he boasts two London Open Champion titles (2003, 2005), two victories in the Amaury Bitetti Cup (2004, 2005), a Silver Medal at the London Open in 2004, and the distinction of being the Portuguese National Champion in 2002.

Lorenz Sadychow

Lorenz, a black belt under Orlando Neto and proudly representing the Roger Gracie Academy Vienna, is esteemed as one of Austria's premier instructors. Leading his team to multiple victories, he is dedicated to honing his technical prowess and fostering the growth of his students as a coach. Specializing in the intricacies of the half guard and back attacks, Lorenz's expertise extends beyond these realms. His mastery encompasses sweeps and submissions, making him a well-rounded and invaluable asset to the BJJ community.

Clara Kervyn

Originally from Belgium but now embracing the Mediterranean vibes of Cyprus, Clara began her journey into Pilates while working as a physiotherapist in 2021. Currently, she is a sports & MSK physiotherapist at Better Flow Physio in London and a Pilates instructor at Fightzone London, where she infuses each session with her passion for movement and injury prevention. As a blue belt in Jiujitsu and a dedicated strength training enthusiast, Clara understands the importance of a balanced fitness regimen.

Christos Christoforidis

Christos Christoforidis, a highly accomplished Greek wrestler and beach wrestler. With three Greek Wrestling Championships and three Greek Beach Wrestling Championships under his belt, Christos brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the camp. His impressive resume includes a World Beach Wrestling Championship title and multiple top-five finishes in international competitions.
