1st Degree Black Belt
At the young age of 13, Chris Paines commenced his martial arts training with Japanese Jujitsu. In 2009, he joined the renowned Fighting Fit Combat Sports gym in Stone, England, where he enrolled in Submission Wrestling and eventually became the instructor for Grappling classes. In March 2019, Paines earned his Black Belt from Priit Mihkelson. Being the head coach of Fighting Fit Grappling in the UK currently, he not only trains competitors but also competes himself in submission-only events both domestically and internationally.
