The Gentle Art Lifestyle Summer Camp brings BJJ coaches to share techniques on the mat and their insights for life.
After a few successful events, Gentle Art Lifestyle camp is back this summer. A key tradition of the camp is socializing and making connections within the BJJ community in a friendly atmosphere, while training with some of the best coaches around! The Gentle Art Lifestyle Camp fosters a culture of love for one another and caring for everybody as they travel along their journey through BJJ and through life.- 10+ hours of BJJ Seminars

Professors
Joshua Janis
Black Belt, BJJ Fanatics and BJJ Globetrotters Instructor
With over 16 years of experience, professor Janis is known for his dangerous guillotines. He has released two BJJ Fanatics instructional videos on this subject - Part 1 & Part 2. Outside the mats, he is a Wim Hof Breathing aficionado and entrepreneur whose business assists companies in creating healthy cultures and helping people in developing habits. Facilities
The seminars will be held at PRIMAL MKE facility - a fresh new gym in the Milwaukee area that will provide a fun and fast-paced training environment for all participants.
Cribbage, Cookouts and Ice Bath
Not sure what Cribbage is? No worry! It is a card game that is very Wisconsin. You will quickly learn the rules and your luck can take you the rest of the way. The top 3 participants win awesome BJJ related prizes!
A cookout is scheduled for every day of the event. The Primal gym parking lot is perfect for setting a BBQ and the organizer will supply all the ancillary stuff like plates, napkins, ketchup, chips etc. Participants may provide any proteins you may want to throw on the barbie!
Free Wisconsin beer and bottles of water will be provided!
An ice chest will be available for all Wim Hof followers that would like to have an ice bath.
