Every year, the BJJ & Beach Camp takes place on the picturesque island of Cyprus, attracting Jiu-Jitsu practitioners from all around the world who are eager to improve their skills while enjoying a vacation. In addition to training sessions, the organizers offer various fun activities such as boat trips and cliff jumping, providing the opportunity to explore the stunning coastline and beaches of Cyprus. Regardless of whether you are joining solo or with a group, a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome to join the camp, meet new people, and rediscover the beauty of BJJ through the eyes of passionate trainers and athletes dedicated to the sport. This summer, the guest instructor will be the World Champion Lucas Lepri, offering 11 two-hour classes in both GI and NO-GI. Lucas Lepri
9-time Black Belt World Champion
Lucas Lepri is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished Jiu Jitsu athletes in the world. With nine black belt World Championship titles to his name, he has claimed victory in every major jiu jitsu tournament globally, a rare feat achieved by only a select few athletes throughout history. Lucas' black belt competition career began in 2007, when he emerged victorious at the World Championships. In 2014, he demonstrated his dominance by winning every major tournament he entered, including the World title which many consider his most impressive performance to date. At the 2016 World Championships, Lucas continued his winning streak with a flawless performance, submitting his opponents on his way to yet another gold medal. While widely regarded as one of the most prolific grapplers of all time, Lucas has now channeled his championship-level abilities to coaching, leading his school to victory at the 2016 Charlotte Open Championship in only its second year of existence.
